Organization Development

The Creating Organizational Wellness Series (COWS)is a monthly workshop and discussion series for non-profit directors, board members and staff members.  Odd months feature Leader’s Circles and even months feature informative and inspirational workshops. The meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of every month (except December) at either the Kenosha Public Museum, Daimler Chrysler Room, or the Kenosha Civil War Museum. They are held from 11:30 AM to 1 PM. Lunch is provided.Leader’s Circles are structured, yet informal small groups that meet to discuss specific topics.  They operate on the premise that together we have the creativity and wisdom to assist one another with solving problems common to non-profit organizations.  The Leader’s Circle topics are:

  • Executive Leadership
  • Marketing and Outreach
  • Issue of the Day/Networking (all first time attendees are encouraged to attend this table)
