 UW-Extension is working with Kenosha County governments to ensure that our communities are aware of funding opportunities offered through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA; also called the federal stimulus). A portion of the spending authorized by ARRA is passed directly to Wisconsin and then distributed to local governments through formula allocations. Other funds in ARRA are allocated through competitive grants.
